Dawes Spring 2008 sale: Weigela ‘Boskoop Glory’, described on the accompanying tag: “A deciduous shrub to 8′ tall and wide taking on a vase-shaped habit. A densely branched shrub whose young shoots are light brown. Bark on older wood is gray brown. Leaves are opposite, simple, oval in outline with abruptly pointed tips. Funnel-shaped flowers occur in May with salmon pink petals. Flowers are numerous and bloom sporadically throughout summer. Plant in full sun in moist, well-drained soil. Hardy in USDA Zone 5.”

It is quite lovely – the leaves have been my favorite part (although the flowers were also lovely), so it’s weird the tag doesn’t mention their coloration: they are variegated, with a sort of bright chartreuse edge around a much deeper green in the middle.
